Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible following payment being received for your order. This will usually be before 4 pm on the next working day. If there is a delay in shipping your items we will notify you. Shipments will only be made from Tuesday to Friday as the shop is closed on Mondays.

Some of our products may be shipped directly from our suppliers warehouses, in this case you are entitled to all of the same rights as if it was shipped by us.

In the case of bicycles, we may have to assemble the bicycle, fully check it in a Pre-Delivery Inspection and re-pack it. Depending on the volume of work in our workshop. This can take up to 3 working days but we will do it as soon as we possibly can and keep you informed in the meantime.

Returns Policy

The most important thing to us is that you are a happy customer. With this in mind, if there is anything wrong, it doesn't fit or just isn't what you imagined you can return your items within 1 month of receiving them.

To return your product, first contact us via email letting us know what you want to return and why. We can then arrange a refund, repair or replacement.

You can then mail or drop in your product to the shop at: Feel Good Bicycles, Unit 2B, Virginia Shopping Centre, Virginia, Co. Cavan, A82 HK07, Ireland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping valuable items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
